Ho’oponopono

"Do you ever realize that every time there is a problem, you are always there?" - Dr. Len

"You can move mountains if you're willing to be 100% responsible." - Dr. Len

The word ho’oponopono in Hawaiian roughly translates to “cause things to move back in balance” or to “make things right.”

It is the zero state where memories have been wiped clean that creates the foundation for Divine connection. It is our way back to cosmic consciousness, the "cosmic mind"; the us that existed before there was an "us"...the emptiness which is soul.

"The purpose of life is to be restored back to Love, moment to moment. To fulfill this purpose, the individual must acknowledge that he is 100 percent responsible for creating his life the way it is....

You have two ways to live your life,” Dr. Hew Len explained. “From memory or from inspiration. Memories are old programs replaying. Inspiration is the Divine giving you a message. You want to come from inspiration. The only way to hear the Divine and receive inspiration is to clean all memories. The only thing you have to do is clean.”

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

These words offer a cleanse to the body of guilt, shame, haunting memories, ill will, or bad feelings that keep the mind fixated on negative thoughts. "I love you, I'm sorry" is an acknowledgement of the ill that has occupied the soul, and a request of the Divine to bring us back to zero.

A simple chant from the Kahuna tradition that immediately connects you to the Divine with the first three words. It allows you to take responsibility for cleaning your soul which in turn has a profound impact on those around you. There is nothing more to do than this.

Cleaning yourself IS your gift to the collective. You musn't try to make people change. It will fail anyhow. It's not your responsibility to force others to evolve. People will only grow from their own free will...when they have become full from the nectar of their current dis-ease. Otherwise, they too will remain a hungry ghost always in search of their next feeding never truly feeling full.

It's about taking a step back and honoring the power you have to co-create your reality. Most people run away from their personal power and self-responsibility.

In my work, I have found consistent roots to suffering...a theory I have yet to disprove despite constant attempts: there is profound grief that emerges from the separation from Source/Mother when individuality comes into form during birth which drives an immense fear of personal power and self-responsibility.

If you look at any problematic or destructive behavior, thought pattern, or feeling, they can all be traced back to this one theory.

Dr. Len cured an entire psychiatric ward of mentally ill criminals without ever sitting with these individuals. His motto: "I'll just keep cleaning."

And I'll just keep doing the same ❤️.
